Return & Refund Policy – MS Creatives

Customers may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product), MS Creatives will cover the return shipping charges.

You can generally expect to receive your refund within up to four weeks after handing your package to the return courier. In many cases, refunds are processed faster. This period includes:

5–10 business days for the returned item to reach our warehouse
3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process the return
5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund

MS Creatives is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the shipping date provided the product is returned in its original packaging.

There are no restocking fees and we aim to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

If the item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and may use any courier service of their choice.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact MS Creatives as soon as possible.

* If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue an immediate full refund.
* If the order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed after we receive the returned item and complete inspection at our warehouse.

All customers receiving refunds will receive a confirmation message for their records.
