Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage:
  • Rods: 2-year warranty covering rusting only.
  • Ropes: 1-year warranty covering damage or breakage.
2. Limitations:
  • Rods are designed strictly for hanging clothes. Warranty does not cover bending caused by misuse, such as hanging blankets or carpets.
  • Rope warranty can be claimed only once within the 1-year period.
 
3. Service After Warranty:
  • After the warranty period, or if the warranty claim has already been used, service will be provided at an additional cost.
